Our hearts are truly broken, Phil was one of THE BEST men I have ever known. He was a great husband, father, grandfather that absolutely adored his grandkids and the most loyal friend a person could ask for! We have been blessed to have shared so many memories over the years, there are no words to express how much we will miss him,
