Phillip W. Shelts, 61, of Quincy, died February 13, 2024, in Blessing Hospital. Services will be February 17, at 11 a.m. in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be December 16, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
