I had the pleasure of knowing Phil through Wickliffe I&A. He was always friendly and his smile always made one feel welcome. So sorry for the family and all of us who will miss seeing him. God bless.

I had the pleasure of knowing Phil through an auto part store and he was an awesome guy to work with. The last time I seen Phil was at a tailgate party a couple of years ago that I had for my wife. We had a great time and he actually seen a friend that he hadn't seen for 20 years. R.I.P good guy! You well be truly missed.

RIP Brother Phil. I work with Phil at Ohio Rubber and we called each other brothers because my name is Alan Simon. We talked sports all the time. I'm a Denver Broncos fan and Phil loved his Browns. Going to miss you Phil. Rest on my Brother

Phil was a former student from the 70s at Lake Catholic. He remained a loyal alum all these years. We occasionally sat together at football, basketball, and hockey contests. It is a huge loss for Lake, as he was one of their biggest fans. I enjoyed our visits and am saddened he is gone so young. My condolences to the whole family.
