Altoona, Pennsylvania
Phillip passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017. Phillip was a resident of Altoona, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Phil graduated AAHS in 1958, and Penn State University in 1962. After serving in the army as a cook in 1963, Phil discovered he had an interest in the culinary arts and worked in the kitchen of the Four Seasons Restaurant, the Newarker at the Newark Airport, and Best Provisions, Inc. A service in Phil's memory will be held on Monday, June 19 at 11:30 am at the Agudath Achim Synagogue. The Port Sky Cafe at Penn State Altoona has benefited from their generosity, as has the campus from their contributions.

My deepest condolences goes to the entire family. I have know this family for many years. Phil Sky was definitely one of a kind! He was a wonderful man. Always making people laugh and smile. My husband also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Phil. Just recently we were reunited, and I am so blessed I was able to see him. Much love to Rozz, Izzy and Tobi......and the rest of the Sky Family. <br />Tammy Huff
