Our sympathy to Carol in the passing of Phil. We remember them both working so hard at the ships store at the LITTLE ROCK reunions for many years. He was a good guy and will be missed.

Rest well with the Angels Phil. You’ve left us with a lifetime of great memories. We will all miss you very much.

Such a nice person. I had the pleasure of working with Phil at Neptune’s Early Childhood Center when it fiirst opened. May he Rest in Peace.

Phil was a great guy that enjoyed life and having fun. I enjoyed his model planes and trains and watching him playing flight simulator. Phil one of the most even keeled steady people I know and he will be missed. I wish we could have spent more time together. My condolences to his loving wife Carol.

As Chief I wish to extend the Departments condolences to Phillip's family at this time of sorrow. As a friend I will miss all the stories and his thoughts of the fire service.

When I was younger, I can remember camping and canoeing with Phil and Carol. He was always a kind and gentle man. He will be missed by many friends and family! May he Rest In Peace.
