Phillip Topsoil

Phillip's passing has been surreal for us. For several years, he has been a fixture in the neighborhood as a dedicated landscaper but much more as an energetic, positive presence! Phillip's willingness to help, his passion for perfection, and his incessant smile will be greatly missed. Never at a loss for words, Phillip was eager to share his pride in his Buckeyes and his love of family! Our lawns AND our lives have been made better by Phillip Topsoil.
