I remember Phil as a kind, caring and generous man.
He was a good friend to my grandfather , George Rosen.
He went above and beyond when helping George move out an apartment in a stressful situation,
My thoughts are with Millie and the family. I know how hard it must be.
I will not be able to attend the service due to recent open heart surgery and labyrinthitis .

I had the good fortune of meeting Phil about 8 years ago during the time he and a group of Kings Point Alumni helped Ray Byrnes, a homeless 1968 Classmate of mine, improve his life. Phil helped save Ray's life.
Phil was such a friendly and likeable person that we established a true friendship even though I resided in New Jersey. I consider myself lucky to have shared quite a few visitations on both Coasts with Phil and his lovely wife Millie. His love of life, pride in his family and...

As I wrote on facebook yesterday, Phil had a truly happy full life. There is nothing better that one can expect. He was always fun, interesting and a joy to be with. We all had so much fun all these years. We knew him not only in business but were great friends in our many adventures together.
