Phillip Vega

I was sad to hear of Lepe's death. I dated him for a year in HS and remember him as a nice guy and a great athlete. It sounds like he had a happy life.

I knew Phil only a short time. He lived at the same assisted living center in Raymore, MO as my Mom, who passed away Nov. 14th. It was always fun talking sports with Phil. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

On behalf of your high school classmates, I wish you bon voyage into heaven. We were able to witness your great athletic abilities as a youth, and we all admired you. It was sad that you had to be away for our senior year. And it was too bad that you were not able to join us for our 50th reunion. We were all looking for you. It sounds like you had a good life and a wonderful family. May you rest in peace.

I REMEMBER " VERY " WELL WATCHING LEPE PLAY BOTH BASKETBALL & BASEBALL AT HOLY FAMILY. I WAS A 58' GRADUATE THERE & PLAYED MY FRESHMAN YEAR WITH RULIE. MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES.

My sincere condolences to the family; although I never met your father, I know he had a part in raising some children into wonderful, caring, devoted adults. May your memories of these past few years together bring you joy in your time of sorrow.
