I remember going to Phil’s store every fall to get all the pee wee football equipment her stored for us. He was definitely a Tipp City treasure.

Phil and Pat Wampler were beautiful people. Rarely, have I seen such a commitment to serving and loving their community. I often referred to the Wampler’s as the first family of Tipp City.
It has been an honor and privilege to have known such wonderful people. Not only have Pat and Phil touched the lives of countless people, their children and grandchildren have maintained that legacy of servanthood and kindness.
