It was a little over 5 years ago when the Lord brought Phil into my life. As he and I got to know each other I quickly developed a fondness for him. Phil had a way of making you feel like you had known him forever. He shared freely, both knowledge and stories, and had a warmness about him that made you want to be around him. Phil was simply the best of guys. I'm not sure I ever saw him unhappy. I'll miss chats in his office about life and business and his positive attitude toward both. My sincere condolences to Beth and the Wilson family.
