It is with a heavy heart that I write to express my condolences to the Witt family on Phil's passing. It has been a number of years since I last had contact with Phil, but his sincerity, kindness and good nature is enduring. I am truly sorry for your loss.

I was so saddened to hear the news of Phil's sudden passing. He was my neighbor for many years and was always so generous and kind. He had a wonderful sense of humor and will be sorely missed by many.

WAS SO SADDEN TO HEAR OF PHILLIPS ACCIDENT. WORDS JUST FAIL US. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU.

Uncle Frank, Aunt Bette, Cindy, Suzy, Natalie, Brooke, Andrew, Nick, Maya, Theo, Maria, and Kristine: Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I think back to the Saturdays at True Value with Phillip, Uncle Frank, Suzy, Cindy & Natalie (and John Kirk's donuts!). Love, Charlie, Liz, and Patrick Witt

Kris, we will always be here for you. Phil was such a wonderful uncle, father and friend. It is such a loss to his family, KeyBank, and the community and his absence will be felt by many. Maya, Theo, and Maria, we will always be here for you but will never fill the void left by your dad's passing

I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Uncle Phillip's sudden passing. My utmost sympathy goes to his entire family and friends and all the lives he has ever touched. Phillip was a very kind and generous individual. I will forever remember his fantastic sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.

Please accept my deepest sympathy to you and your family.
