My condolence to the family! Phoebe introduced my kids to a world of culture that was beyond my immigrant knowledge. She would load us up in her car and take us to museums, workshops, festivals and lots of different events. At Christmas time she was like Santa Claus!! The kids were loaded down with gifts she had bought during the year. Phoebes kindness was unmatched! Always giving and not wanting anything in return. She was an angel here on earth. Now she has her wings. We love you Ms Phoebe
