Phoebe A. Norket

When I started going to Providence Park Congregation in 1988, Phoebe welcomed me with open arms. We spent precious time together in Field Service as well as meeting for lunch on occasion and she was always fun and most importantly upbuilding spiritually to me. When my Son was diagnosed with cancer, Phoebe visited him during his treatments and brought gifts which brightened his day as well as mine. When we moved, she brought Coffee and doughnuts to the Dear Brothers that were helping us move...

Our memories of Phoebe are ones of a wonderful, supportive and loving person. Her thirst for knowledge was contagious! She truly enjoyed learning about nature, places of travel and most of all, her loving Creator. Our prayers are with her family: Teri, Shari and Dave and her grandchildren, and her many friends, may you all have the strength now that only our God can give, to get through this time. We look forward to the time we can hug Phoebe once again and see her special smile!

Phoebe was and is a very special and beautiful lady, the sister I never had. Love was a bond we shared for our Creator, each other and our two families. Distance was no problem as we traveled from New York to North Carolina to make many wonderful memories..Looking forward to seeing her again in a beautiful new world. Rev.21 3-4
