Not sure what to say?

Phoebe opened for Jackson Browne in 1975 here. She stunned the audience with her booming soulful voice and incredible guitar skills. Just her and a cello player. Standing ovations, encores. I've never experienced a show like that since, and I am 70+ years old. I still think about it. Phenomenal singer, musician. I wish she'd had more time to be truly appreciated.

She is and always will be among the greats in my book. I could listen to that voice and that style it would relax the mood. She is singing in the heavens.

I remember being friends with Phoebe, being in Chorus at BF, later being in the music business with my husband Bob King. Her good friend Carol Klein ,she was a wonderful person

Oh my Phoebe I will truly miss you and my heart is broken as I have just heard of your passing. I've been listening to your beautiful voice since I was about 12 years old. I can recognize your voice whenever I hear it like on Roseanne and It's a Different World two of my favorite shows. My thoughts and prayers for your friends and family As they struggle during this difficult time. I will always remember you as a beautiful woman and wonderful mother to your daughter. Life will never...

Oh my sweet Phoebe. I am so sorry to hear about your passing. I have been listening to your beautiful voice since about age 12. I used to have your album and played it over and over. I can pick out your voice whenever I hear it like on Roseanne and It's a different world. I love every song I've ever heard you sing. Thoughts and prayers going out to your family as they struggle during this difficult time. You will be greatly missed, but will remain alive and beautiful right here in my...

My sister played Poetry Man over and over again, she loved Phoebe Snow and when she would sing she sounded so much like her. There is something about her voice that reach's down to your soul and makes you wonder, how did you get here. It's hard to let go of those that have touched us. My sister is gone now also and each time I hear Poetry Man it brings me back to the times my sister would sing and play the guitar on our porch. Thank you Ms. Snow, you are missed.

I loved that only song of Phoebe, the poetry man. I was a young lady in my 14 years of age. I loved her voice. She's always on my mind forever.

I wish you knew what your music meant to me
