ALBEMARLE -- Phothy 'Poe' Chanthaheuang, 39, and his son, Blu Joi Chanthaheuang, 15, died together while fishing, April 17, 2010. Memorial service 7pm Tuesday, Whitley's Funeral Home; visitation follows.
