Born in Wilkes-Barre on Sept. 3, 1940, she is the daughter of the late Godfred and Elizabeth May Perschau.
...Read MoreI will always remember Phyllis and the extended family road trips we would take when I was a kid, as well as during family gatherings during the holidays. Phyllis was an independent thinker, had a great sense of humor and was quick with a smile, and lots of fun to be around. Most important, she was a genuinely good person. We will miss her.

Phyllis was one of my favorite relatives. She always had a ready smile and a wonderful laugh. I looked forward to her chatty Christmas/Easter cards. She will be missed.
