Phyllis Beckner

Phyllis was born on October 29, 1926 and passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018. Phyllis was a resident of Kingsport, Tennessee at the time of passing. She was a graduate of Mars Hill College and ETSU and worked at Kingsport Press before entering the teaching field. The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. with Dr. Greg Burton and Chaplain Ryan Wagoner officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 16, 2018, at East Tennessee Cemetery.
