Phyllis was born on September 8, 1931 and passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017. Phyllis was a resident of Altonah, Utah at the time of passing. Graduated high school in Altamont Utah in 1948. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Rangely LDS Chapel. A viewing will be one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Rangely Cemetery, under the direction of the Blackburn and Son's Vernal Mortuary.
My family and I are deeply sorry for the family's loss. Psalms 90:10 says those who live past 80 years are especially strong. May you find comfort through prayer as Phyllis now rest in God's memory.
