My favorite memories of Auntie Phil.....are of visiting Uncle John and Auntie Phil's store(s) as a young girl. I remember saving my money to buy a doll. I probably had $2.00 Canadian. I think the doll I chose at their store was more than $2.00, but somehow Auntie Phil gave me the doll and change as well. Those were the days when the CAD dollar was worth more than the US dollar.
I also remember Auntie Phil's love of flowers. She had them everywhere! I think I remember that pink was her...
