PHYLLIS BRANHAM, 81, of Prestonsburg, Ky., wife of Roscoe Branham, died Oct. 6 at Paul B. Hall RMC. Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Carter Funeral Home Chapel; burial at Gethsemane Gardens. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Monday. Donations can be made to Floyd County Animal Shelter.
