Angela and family. Just heard of your terrible loss. May our Good Lord above keep you in the palm of his hand. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Carter Family please be encouraged to know that, Judge Carter often made us so proud that she was an Alumni of Saint Augustine's College(University), because of how well she represented what all Alumnus hope to become. I am proud of the times we spoke and her encouragement she freely provided.I will always remember her as a Strong Giant among Women. Rest In Peace.

Judge Carter's passion shall cause her legacy to sustain the affect human tendencies and effect of fading memories.

En l'honneur du juge Carter on dit en français: son amour est incommensurable. Sa grâce est infranchissable. Sa volonté est notre voyage.
