My sympathy to the family. Her children and grandchildren will

I am so sorry to hear of Phyllis' passing. What an amazing lady and I am so honored to have called her my friend. As mentioned, one of her many legacies is she helped save Lodi from the pitfalls of RDA and future debt of nearly 45 million to the taxpayers of this city. What a victory! My thoughts and prayers to the family during this time of great loss. My you hold your many dear memories of Phyllis close to your heart to help celebrate a life so well lived.

Dear Cochren/Roche Family, I myself did not know her directly, but I knew her from St.Anne's,at the 10:30am Mass, making sure All Her Grandchildren were Not misbehaving. I believe I also met her at other places, but she was a pleasure to Be Around!! The Roche's have Fond Memories Of Their Mom,and Phyllis(same as My Own Mom's),had just met her 2nd Grand Daughter,Marie. Blonde curly hair and Blue Eyes. What A True Charmer. I Myself No Longer have My Parent's(With God Also),And Believe Her Spirit...
