Not sure what to say?

To The Entire Cope Family-

I am so very sorry to hear about Phyllis. Although I hadn't met all of you, I feel as though I know you through Phyllis' stories. Phyllis was a great friend to my mom and me.

She was always so helpful and there with an open ear if you needed to talk.

I miss the days when I worked at HCA Co- just upstairs from her- and was able to go to lunch on a regular basis.

My prayers are with all of you through this difficult...

I miss Phyllis so very much. I've known her since the NNB days and over the years she became a great, great friend.
She loved her family dearly and was also so very kind to my girls and granddaughters. I'll miss our "margarita" dinners. We would sit there for a while and she would proudly keep me up to date on her boys and Bill.
She loved working at the bank and taking care of "her people", always with a smile. Everyone was important to her.
Phyllis - I miss you.......

Dear Bill,
I am so sorry to hear about Phyllis. Her smiling face & cheerful attitude always perked up my day. I would pick up the phone & hear her cheerful voice on the other end asking how she could help me today. I am praying for you & your family. I know the loss of someone so dear will leave an empty place in your heart & in the hearts of those close to her. May the Peace of the Lord comfort you beyond words & understanding.

Dear Bill,
I started working with Phyllis through my clients back in 1997. Her clients always felt like she was their personal banker. For me personally, she always made time for me when I called or stopped by the bank un-announced. She never hesitated to go out of her way to stop by our office or to drop something off. I will truly miss Phyllis, she was one in a million, and when I thought of Bank of Marin, I was really thinking of Phyllis. We send our prayers to you and the...

Bill,
I cannot tell you how terribly sad I feel about the loss of Phyllis. I should also say that I am shocked. With her "can do" attitude and her indomitable spirit and strength, I thought that she would surely overcome her cancer. She, of course, never complained and she kept on with her life despite all of her treatments and setbacks.

As you know, Phyllis joined Novato National Bank early in our history. She was immediately a beloved member of NNB. Only Phyllis could keep...

Bill

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dearest Family members: Phyllis leaves behind almost impossible shoes to fill, and not only in your hearts. The Bank of Marin, & truthfully the whole City of Novato, will never be quite the same, because she was always an active, dedicated leader and participator, never just a member at large, therefore we will all suffer the loss. I don't ever remember seeing her when she wasn't smiling that sweet gentle smile. She was a real Proverbs 31:10-31 woman. I will miss her in so many ways, but...

We were very deeply saddened to hear of Phyllis' passing. She was a genuine, kind, responsible, and reliable person who was always there when we needed a hand in business matters or just a shoulder to lean on when times were tough. She took extraordinarily excellent care of Jeffrey's Mom's affairs as well. We had many pleasant conversations with her in her orchid filled office at Bank of Marin and we were always happy so see her at Novato functions. There was only one Phyllis and we will miss...

You were my favorite client when I worked at Talbots! I will always remember your smiling face when you walked through those doors and I have to say you never left without a "red" bag.

My deepest sympathy to the Cope family. She will be missed!
