It wasn't until this past weekend that I heard the news about Phyllis. We used to work together at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MD when the offices were on the corner of Joppa and Providence Roads. Some of us with less years of service than Phyllis had at the time had to park on a lot rather far away from the building and Phyllis offered to pick us up on her way to work and drive us to the building.
