Phyllis Jean Fiedler

Phyllis Jean Fiedler, 58, of Galax, died July 8, 2012 at Twin County Regional Hospital in Galax.
She was born Sept. 1, 1953 in Grayson County, to John and Helen Isom Leath.
In addition to her mother, Helen Marshall of Galax, she is survived by her daughter, Sherry Fiedler of Anderson, S.C.; son, John Fiedler of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; three granddaughters; sister, Barbara Sutherland of Galax; and brother, William Marshall of Atlanta, Ga.
Her funeral service was held July 11, 2012 at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Chapel in Galax with Pastor Hobert Freeman officiating. Burial was in the Mt. View Friends Cemetery.
