I am saddened by her death. We were good friends in high school and I lost touch with her afterwards. I recall her brother, Gary, who won a 100 yard dash in 9.95 seconds. Phyllis was a majorette and was lovely in the Scottish plaid that they wore.

TO GARY AND THE FAMILY OF PHYLLIS KINSELL FOSTER.
--I AM SORRY TO SEE YOU HAVE LOST YOUR LOVED ONE AND IT IS GOOD TO READ THAT SHE ENJOYED SO MANY THINGS DURING HER LIFE. SHE "WAS" A BEAUTIFUL MAJORETTE AND A VERY SWEET, KIND PERSON.
MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO ALL OF YOU.
