Phyllis A. Fowler

I've been searching online for Phyllis for a long time. We were penpals for many years. She was my mother's (Royal Hildebrant Hughes) best friend in Bay City, MI. I have happy memories of visiting with her both at our home and hers. She always brought my brother and me little gifts. As a single woman, I aspired to be as independent and strong as Phyllis was. My last Christmas card to her was returned to me in CA and had no way of contacting her. Will miss her.

Phyllis was a great lady and I will miss her greatly. Thoughts and prayers are with Judy during this time.
