Phyllis was a true gem. We spent a lot of time together inside and outside city hall. You couldn't ask for a better confidant, employee or friend. My life is better because she touched it and I will miss her greatly.

Phyllis was such a sweet lady and always had a smile. I would always stop at City Hall to say 'Hi" while Chino and I would be out walking. She called Chino "the baby" and really liked her. I'll miss you Phyllis!
