I was the Medic that was responsible for her during the USO show in Vietnam back in 1971/72. She was extremely talented and nice during the show. It was a nice relief from combat. God bless her !

I met Phyllis George twenty years ago in Ft. Worth Texas at Southern Restaurant. Management made reservations mistake for one table and two people! I shared my table with her and we had dinner and talked about art! She was beautiful and kind, and I enjoyed our time together when she came to Ft. Worth. I still have the autographed beautiful coffee table book she gave to me!
Rest well, Queen in heaven❤

I grew up in Denton Texas with her and her late younger brother Rob. They were both great folks and made the City of Denton very proud. What a great American story. They will be missed.

My condolences to the family.
