Not sure what to say?

Everyone loved and admired Phyllis! She is greatly missed by her classmates from Duniway Grade School and Cleveland High School.

Phyllis and I go back to the early years of Duniway Grade School. We enjoyed having the same birthdate - sharing birthday parties and other activities. We were both on the Duniway softball team that won first place in the Portland city tournament. I have many memories of Phyllis throughout grade and high schools. She was very popular and very smart. Always at the top of the class. Not surprising that she enjoyed such a sucessful and productive life. Her classmates were so pleased that...

Deep Sympathy to Dan and Lori and the entire Geyer Family.

We will never forget our sailing trip with Phyliss and Mike as you were such wonderful hosts. Our prayers are with you and your family.

I worked with Phyliss at LCC. She was an angel-always encouraging, not only to students but to those who worked with her. She had such confidence in others abilities and a natural gift for helping people discover the good in themselves.
So very sorry for your loss.

Jeff and family, we're so very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

What a shock to see Phyllis in her wonderful, beautiful, high school (?) beaming self on the obituary page! My sympathy to all of you. I have tried to find you, Anne, but had no luck so I am now using this page to send my message. I am Constance (Connie) Hammond from Eastmoreland days, days at the cabin on the Little North Fork of the Santiam, days in Eugene where I preceded Phyllis by two years---both of us in education. We saw each other during the post grad days, then only on occasion...

Our deepest sympathy to all of Phyllis' family and friends. I worked with Phyllis at UO/UYA program in the 1970s and she was delightful. She was very proud of Mike and her boys. The boys were playing sports at that time and she always had fun stories to tell of their accomplishments and predicaments. Our favorite memory was her telling about one of the boys going to a friend's house for dinner where they served "little green balls". Apparently peas were not a Geyer family favorite and he...

To the dear hearts that had to say goodbye to dear Phyllis. I did not know her well but in passing her in the Halls of Cleveland High in the 50's Her smile did light up my path as she said Hello. Quiet, unassuming, gentle, caring and much much more I will remember her. It is never easy to part with a loved one and I am truly sorry your family must do so but know that From above she is smiling down on you now and is at peace.
