Not sure what to say?

A gift that one can touch so many lives with class and grace.

As a life long Monkees fan from way back, the passing of the lovely and beautiful Phyllis Barbour Nesmith Gibson is truly very sad. Even though she was in the background during the Monkees heyday, many fans felt they knew her also on some level. My condolences both to her family and the Nesmith family. I know she was a tremendous mother and a beautiful human being who will be very missed.

I am saddened by this news.

This is so sad -- I have often wondered what had happened to Phyllis. I often did some internet search of her name, but came up with nothing.. She seemingly was a wonderful person who my generation came to know as Mike's lovely wife during the Monkee days.. Mike was my favorite of the group, and I followed his career through out the years.. Phyllis was featured in many of the Monkee magazines of the times. I still have the beautiful pictorial that Herny Dilz (celebrity photopgrapher) did of...

Phyllis was the epitome of what the model wife of a rock star should be, and she never allowed that fame to overshadow her family; an excellent mother and philanthropist in her own right. Stylewise, she was a fashion-forward futuristic crusader. I cherished every teen magazine I read with your name in it, Phyllis. You will always be looked up to by young women as a pillar of strength & by all of us who came of age in a man's world.

I was saddened to here of the passing of Phyllis. I had a business relationship with Phyllis for many years. She was fun to work with, very direct in her beliefs and thoughts and extremely honest all of which contributed to her success. A rare combination in today's business world. She will truly be missed. I am so sorry for the loss. She will truly be missed by many.

I'm saddened to hear of Phyllis' passing. I'm touched to hear how she used her time here on earth to help others. She was obviously a beautiful lady inside and out. My prayers are with her family and friends. Rest in peace.

So sorry for her loss to all of us.
