Phyllis was a beautiful woman filled with love and enthusiasm for life! I was blessed to call her friend and always enjoyed her "Fabulous" response greeting whenever we meet at Oak Crest and I asked how she was. She will be missed by all who knew her. Love and prayers to her family.
