Not sure what to say?

What can I say???? I am still shocked! I was just thinking of you when I was reading obituaries announcement I find your name. Ms. Phyllis I will be missing you. Thank you so much for your tireless effort to serve St. Paul's. Your willingness to wait for me when I'm running late to get something done at your office. You will surely be missed. Although we have left St. Paul you remained in our heart.

Phyllis and I became friends decades ago when she owned "Phyl's Closet" in Avondale, where I often shopped. When my husband had quadruple bypass surgery in 1984 she waited with me and held me together outside of the open heart recovery room prior to seeing my husband after surgery.I would have never made it without her. Her humor was the best as was her sense of style! I admired and loved your Mother and will always miss her. Condolences to the family.

With heartfelt condolences, please know your family will remain in my prayers. Take comfort and embrace the loving memories of your parents replacing tears with smiles, especially knowing they are together once again. God bless you all.

I grew up coming to visit my Grandma Boo-Boo, Dot Boozer, on Mallory street. And every time we'd visit, we would stop by Ms. Phyllis' house or see Mr. Carl working in the yard. My favorite memory of your mom was at Grandma Boo-Boo's rosary service. She was the first to stand up and tell some ridiculous story about my Grandma with racoon's or squirrels in her attic or something. And after that, people spent over an hour sharing memories of my grandmother. It was truly a blessing for our...

Marcus, Joei, and Maria,
My heart goes out to you and yours. Phyllis was a kind and loving person. She will be missed.

Phyllis is with Jesus a much better place to be. Another FAB 5 has left our midst and we all will miss her. My prayers are for her and her dear family. Art

I never realized how much Phyllis touched my life until she left us. She has caused me to stop and reflect on so much. The business of living in today's society has numbed me to the racing by of time. Its hard to believe Phyllis was the secretary at St. Pauls for the last ten years. It seems like yesterday that she took over for Susan Capley. I will miss her sweet smile and gracious approach toward everything. What a fighter she was, a true warrior. You all are in my prayers.
