Her contribution to the history and existence of the League of American Wheelmen is truly second to none. We owe her a tremendous debt of gratitude. Phyllis lived an amazing life with more adventures than most of us ever dream of. She had the innate ability to encourage, educate, entertain, and fully engage with everyone she crossed paths with. We are so grateful that she was able to leave this world in peace, surrounded by her loving family.
