My sincerest condolences to the entire family! Phyllis was a sweet and loving individual that I had the pleasure of knowing practically our entire lives, may you Rest In Peace. Your legacy shall live on.

To the family and friends of Phyllis, We met Phyllis through her Aunt Shirley Windom. Over the years, we shared in weddings, cookouts, birthday celebrates, and numerous outing. She embodied the loving and welcoming family legacy that nurtured her throughout life. She always greeted us with a bright smile and a welcoming spirit. She certainly was a pleasure to be around. May God bless and care for the family and friends as you mourn her lose. Love Tonya and Eric
