Phyllis Unger Hiller

I had always dreamed as an adult of having Mrs. Hiller sign my Ramo book and Vinyl LP which I still have at the age of 60. I still treasure them, having received both as a regular attendee of the Unitarian Church on Woodmont Boulevard at about the age of 8. Ms. Hiller, Mary Freemon-Duldt and the congregation there were a beautifully woven tapestry, which ensured that as children matured and navigated the harshness of life, they were innately equipped to remain "forever human". I am just now seeing this. We all loved her music. I have particularly fond memories of singing "Love is a Circle" at First Unitarian Church in Nashville. We lived near her family and both Daniel and David cut our grass for a while. She lived a long life and made this world better in every way that she could.
