Phyllis Claire Kemen

Phyllis was born on September 5, 1933 and passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017. Phyllis was a resident of Springdale, Ohio at the time of passing. Phyllis was a native of Cincinnati, attended the University of Cincinnati and was the recipient of a full tuition scholarship at Raymond Walters College. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7701 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45236.
