Judge Kowalski was a nice far judge. I remember her from my younger days when I received a speeding ticket for going a little over speed limit.The road is weird u can go 35mph then 25mph and it was hard at night to see the signs. She said to me she was was sorry I got a ticket but I said I understand I broke a law. She will be deeply and truely missed. I'm so sorry to The Family And Friends And Her Fur Babies! REST IN PEACE JUDGE KOWALSKI.
