Died March 1, 2006 Phyllis Yarbrough Lacy, 64, of Henagar died Wednesday. Visitation will be held at noon today at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial at Payne Gap Cemetery.
