Phyllis was born on October 23, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Phyllis was a resident of Castleton, Vermont at the time of her passing. A very special thank you to Bayada nurses for such great care and also to Dr. Rosmus. Per Phyllisâ wishes there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Castleton Community Center at 2108 Main Street Castleton VT 05735.
Ray and I are sadden to hear of our good friends passing. We have some great memories to hold onto.
