We were so sorry to hear of Phyllis' passing. We lived across the street from her at Deb's Hill for a number of years and always enjoyed speaking with her. She was funny, and sharp on the issues of the day. Many days, she, our other neighbor, Marion, and we would gather in the street at the "top of the Hill" and have a lively discussion.
We'll always remember her fondly.

Phyllis was married to my cousin Dick. She was a lovely, gracious lady and will be missed by all. I haven't seen her since our family reunion in July 2007 and am so glad I was able to reminiss with her then.
