I worked with Phyllis at the Appeals Board for years, she was a very sweet and kind person. I was sorry to hear this morning that she had passed. I had just mention her yesterday to a co-worker. We at the Appeals Board are sadden and deeply sorry for your loss. Sincerely. Appeals Board Staff
