I was just thinking about Phylis this morning at 6 am. I miss her so much.

I have many fond memories of Phyllis, who was a friend of my mother Mary Mariels and her friend Doris Santoro. I knew Phyllis since the mid 60's, Phyllis was always kind and she was a wonderful person with a warm heart and a friendly smile. I talked to her on the phone about a year ago, I'm sorry I didn't get to see her before she passed. I remember her son Mike when he was just a little guy, Mike, I hope you are doing well, please accept my condolences, she will be missed.

I still can't believe Phyllis is gone. We had so many fun times at my beach house and even after our friend Laura died. I loved her like family and loved talking to her on the phone. I could tell her anything and she helped me manage my stubborn mother! Maggie, hope I didn't shock you when I said I hoped we could have a party for her...it's just something we've done for all our departed friends. I know how hard it was to watch her go...been there.
