Phyllis W. Manuel

Phyllis was a wonderful friend. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Phyllis was one of the most compassionate people to have walked the face of the earth. She was generous to all and especially kind to the little ones. She stressed the love of the family and encouraged all to forgive any faults of those that we cared about. Phyllis will be greatly missed by so many people at the Ramsey County Courthouse where she worked for many years. She was a special friend, always sending birthday and holiday greetings. Phyllis made friends everywhere she went. We have been truly blessed to have known her.
