Cy and family, Betsy and I send our condolences on your loss. Phyllis was a true citizen, a delightful presence, and the finest example of public service. You, and Princeton, have a large void which cannot be filled, but our hope is that the years of good memories will help in your time of grief.

i have knownPHYLLIS for many years since skidmore. she and sy were friends with me and my husband Morty and Joan and Mort davis. while i have not seen them in years i have wonderful memories and will make a donation

Phyllis was a fixture in Princeton growing up in this Great Town,My Father,Jerry Offredo always spoke highly of her as a person in the Princeton Community.She always had a Smile on her face if u saw her at the Princeton Shopping Center or in town at the Library.She Truly loved Princeton and the People in it,Many Prayers to her Family.

Knowing Phyllis Marchand was a distinct privilege. As Honorary Vice Consul for Italy, I accompanied her and other honorees to Italy, where she received the "Cavalierato (Knighthood)," the highest honor bestowed by the Italian government.
Her legacy will be cherished.

Phyliss was a true leader and a pleasure to work with. May she rest in peace and never be forgotten.
