Dear Gene/and family, So sorry about Phyllis!! She was one of five "Golden Girls" in the ER which was coined by a younger nurse. Proudly, we lived up to it. She was a kind sweet person who assisted me to survive those first days of mine in the ED. We had many discussions about "kids" and how to survive those growing years. PLEASE know we are sad for your loss.

Although I hadn't seen Phyllis and Gene for quite awhile, I'll always remember her fondly especially her dry sense of humor. I know all her family will miss her terribly and I'm sorry to think she's only with them in wonderful memories.

I send my love, and hugs, and my prayers to Gene, Bruce and his beautiful family, Tim, and Kim and Cody... you are in my...

I have fond childhood memories of trips to the beach and school field trips, with Mrs Marshall. Visits to the doctor weren't so scary, because Bruce's mom was the nurse.
