Read MoreThis great lady was more of a mother to a lot of young men and women in our little town. She never let anyone go hungry, young or old. From what I have been told by my mother I was a part of all that love she had to give. Phyllis was always nice and kept a smile on her face, with something to say. Monica and Rusty, you did a great job taking care of her. she will be missed by a lot of folks.

phyllis will be missed by so many of us..I remember setting on her porch, the rocking chair..telling her a secret or two and getting advice-She was so good to every one. Micheal was her shining star and my son Jay was his best friend. They spent many hours with her. in her way she taught them values and ol' school ways that can never be replaced.seemed like she always had homemade bread and beans on that old wood stove, Yes Phyllis will be missed by so many but her love and memories will go...
