This is a difficult time for me as Phyllis was a very big part of my life growing up on the farm. She and Dick were ever so helpful to so many of us on the Scotch Valley Ski Team. She was responsible for so many of us becoming USSA Skiers and toting us all across the northeast to so many different mountains. She would ALWAYS be there cheering us on as we slipped through the gates and the first one to give a hug if DSQ'd or DNF or just placed poorly. She and Dick were so very helpful in tuning...
