Phyllis Rouse

I am so sorry to learn of the death of Phyllis. She and I grew up together in Pine Level as next door neighbors and saw each other from time to time at reunions and birthday celebrations. Cissy, we know this is without a doubt one of the hardest thing you and your family will go through. Just know that your mother was very special, she loved her children so much, made a difference and will never be forgotten by everyone who ever had the pleasure of spending time with her . The attention and love and care that you gave her in this special time of need due to her health.
