I want to say Phyllis was a remarkable lady I would ask her questions about growing up and she would tell me all kinds of stories about her life and she would tell me about her beautiful girls and her dancing .She was a very smart lady and I know she is singing and dancing her way through heaven. I loved her. Emmy Baker

My dear Phyllis, you shared so many family stories with me up until the last few months. Sometimes I didn't know what to say when I visited you but I was there. I wish I had known you better. I certainly would have appreciated you even more. You were blessed with such caring daughters. I feel sure you inspired so many with how you lived. Thank you for being my friend.
